FOOD MUST TRY IN KUALA LUMPUR

Here is the list of food must try in kl@malaysia.


1. "Bak kut teh" is a Chinese soup popularly served in Malaysia and SingaporeThe name literally translates as "meat bone tea", and at its simplest, consists of meaty pork ribs simmered in a complex broth of herbs and spices (includingstar anisecinnamonclovesdang guifennel seeds and garlic) for hours. 2. "Banana leaf rice" is a traditional method of serving rice dishes in South Indian cuisine. Due to the migration of South Indians, banana leaf rice can also be found in areas with significant ethnic South Indian diaspora like Malaysia and Singapore. (Taste Spicy and Salty & Price Rm 8-14)





3. "The Ramly Burger", also known as the Burger Ramly, is a Malaysian street burger and type of ingredients vary greatly depending on location, a typical Ramly Burger consists of a beef or chickenpattymargarineonions, an eggcabbagemayonnaiseSoy sauce and seasonings. The burgers are a local delicacy, especially among city dwellers.

5. "Roti Canai"
 is a type of Indian-influenced flat bread found in MalaysiaIndonesia and Singapore It is often sold in Mamak stalls in Malaysia;  It is known as roti prata in Southern Malaysia and Singapore, and is similar to the Indian Kerala porottaTraditionally roti canai is consumed with dhal (lentil curry) or any type of curry, such as mutton or chicken curry. 6. "Biryani" is a mixed rice dish from South Asia. It is made with spices, rice and meat or vegetables.
The origin of biryani is uncertain. In North India, it is traditionally associated with the Mughlai cuisine of Delhi and the Awadhi cuisine of Lucknow; in South India, it is traditionally associated with the Hyderabadi cuisine.(Taste: Little spicy & Price: Rm10-16)






7. "Nasi Lemak" is a fragrant rice dish cooked in coconut milk and pandan leaf commonly found in Malaysia, where it is considered the national dish. It also popular in neighboring countries such as BruneiSingaporeand Southern Thailand. (Taste: Very Spicy & Price Rm2-8)




8. "The Hainanese chicken" rice most commonly associated with MalaysianHainanese and Singaporeancuisines, although it is also popular in Thailand and Vietnam. (Taste: Not spicy but Oily & Price: Rm5-10)
