VinhTrang Pagoda, Ho chi minh, Vietnam

One of the beautiful and Peaceful Buddha temples@Pagoda I have ever visited in my life. This pagoda is quite spread out with beautifully kept park like gardens. It is a working pagoda and as you walk around you can see the monks going about their daily lives. The three Buddha’s statues are really impressive in their size.(Sleeping Buddha, Standing Buddha and Laughing Buddha)

Hanoi, Vietnam

Hanoi is the second largest city of Vietnam and it takes about 2 hours to fly from Ho Chi Minh City and 2 days if you take the train. To be honest Hanoi’s living style and culture is totally different than to Ho chi Minh. There is a free city tour guide run by Hanoi Kids Organization. Basically, Hanoi kids are a group of teenagers who help tourist to get to know about the culture and living style of Hanoi. I am really grateful to one of the members who guided me (Phuong Vu ). Still remembering all the experience we shared and really inspired by each other character and experience. Once again thank you Vietnam.

Cambodia-Vietnam-Laos (land border crossings)

Travelling alone is indeed a very difficult task and travelling through the land (crossing the border) is much harder. Crossing the border using public transport is worst to the maximum and the space of the local bus is very small. (Luckily I was so thin and could adjust myself inside the bus) One of the worst moments was I spend almost 4 hours sitting in the Immigration office for checking and some local people was trying to scam me. Sometime I asked myself why the hell am I doing this and I get replies from myself is “You choose to do”. Anyway, end of the day I just felt had a great experience and I am glad that this trip makes me to understand all fears and courage that hidden inside me.
