Tsukiji Market, Tokyo. Japan

Tsukiji is not only Japan’s biggest seafood market but also the world’s biggest one. While there are divisions that specialize in fruits and vegetables, Tsukiji’s main focus is on everything that lives in water. The core audiences are fish dealers and restaurateurs but everyday citizens also drop by to purchase their share of fish and seafood. The best part of the journey, I was able to to try the fried meat of whales.
