Tuol sleng museum,Phnom Penh, Cambodia

Tuol Sleng Museum was originally a school that was taken over by the Khmer Rouge security forces and turned into a prison which became the largest torture centre in the country. It was known as Security Prison 21, or S21. Between '75 and '78 over 17,000 people entered the building and nearly all did not survive. You walk through the prison cells where they used to keep people before sending them to the killing fields (Another Khmer Prison@War zone). You can see all the instruments of torture displayed in a glass case as well as photographs of prisoners being carried away like dogs. (Must see in Phnom Penh next to seeing the Killing Fields)
